There are only a few months left before the start of work in Novosibirsk of another large plant for the production of facade and roofing metal structures. By opening its production, Eurasia Steel Trade Corporation (EST) responds to the growing consumer demand for the products manufactured by the enterprise.
The need of the construction market for facade and roofing materials is great
– The final construction season was a vivid illustration of how great the need of the Novosibirsk construction market is for facade and roofing materials consisting of thin sheet metal. Moreover, the situation is similar in almost all Siberian regions,” says Dmitry Kim, director of Eurasia Steel Trade LLC. – In this regard, it is worth noting that we worked well for the season: the consumption of our products increased by at least 3 times. As a result, the issue of launching its own production in Novosibirsk is only a matter of time: the equipment for the new plant arrives on January 15 next year, another 2-3 months will be spent on installation and all other related processes. Consequently, by the beginning of the next construction season, the plant will start producing and marketing finished products.
— Dmitry Vyacheslavovich, you probably already know where you will supply products?
— Undoubtedly. At present, for example, the construction of a settlement in the village of Alekseevka located in the Novosibirsk Region is beginning – this is one of the sites where the governor’s program for low-rise housing construction will be implemented. The foundation work is currently underway. We have also built only one house, which became a pilot one, and next year, when there will be work with roofs, as well as the facade, we will join. And there are many similar sites in the region. This year, EST worked in another low-rise village – in Linevo. In addition, the company also has large facilities, enterprises with completely different volumes. You can say that our team worked the season “without a break”.
— How to explain such an increased demand for our company’s products in the market? And one more thing: this has affected you or the entire construction industry and the finishing industry?
– Increased demand is a general trend, and it is explained, in my opinion, primarily by the implementation of many programs for low-rise construction this year. Consequently, the state began to invest in this sector, and thus, the percentage of requests to the production of a private developer increased several times. However, orders come to us not only from the Novosibirsk region, but also from the nearest neighbors – the Kemerovo, Tomsk regions, including the Altai Territory. The need for ECT products has increased both on the part of rural residents, as well as municipal institutions of the social area, which are actively undergoing major repairs today. Thus, we can safely say that the company will have enough orders until the New Year.
