Sergey Aksyonov, the self-proclaimed chairman of the Crimean government, at a meeting with the heads of district and city administrations, said that this year only registered entrepreneurs will be able to work on the peninsula.
Sergey Aksyonov decided to take on Crimean holidaymakers this year. According to the Crimean Council of Ministers, starting from 2014, enterprises and entrepreneurs without the necessary registered documents will not be able to operate on the territory of the republic.“This year, not a single subject will work without documents. This I guarantee you!”, – said Aksenov.
The Prime Minister of Crimea promised that field commissions would operate on the territory of Crimea, the main purpose of which would be to check the legality of business during the holiday season. These sanctions will not affect enterprises engaged in brokerage in development and working with commercial real estate. Aksenov also noted that the deputies do not claim anyone’s earnings, but they want to bring them out of the shadows.“If there are unregistered outlets or someone conducts illegal activities, immediately the one who is responsible for this in the City Council will be able to write a statement. There will be no mercy! We must pull out all the reserves and raise the economy of Crimea,” said Aksyonov.
For people who rent apartments and other real estate during the holiday season, a special patent will be issued during the transition period, previously already valid in the territory of Crimea. Currently, the Crimean government, the tax authorities of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Crimea are working on a mechanism for introducing a tax patent for entrepreneurial activity during the holiday season. It should be noted that in the Crimean territory almost 5 thousand households provide services to vacationers. Meanwhile, Crimeans are unhappy with visa restrictions. The inhabitants of the peninsula, without any influence, made a balanced decision on self-determination, but it is completely unclear for what reason ordinary citizens are going to be restricted in their movements.
