Exercise 1: Inhale through your nose, relax your lips, and exhale through your mouth.
Second exercise: inhale as deeply as you can through your nose, hold your breath for a couple of moments, then puff out your cheeks, close your lips and exhale sharply.
The third exercise: grab the left cheek with your right hand, your thumb should fix it from the side of the mouth, the rest of the fingers should be outside. Take a deep breath and try to smile a little, thereby forcing the muscles to contract a little, by the way, it is extremely necessary to resist, with the fingers of the right hand, leaving the cheek in a complete state of rest. Unclench your fingers and exhale through your mouth. Repeat the exercise twice on each side.
Fourth exercise: press the tongue against the gums on the inside of the lower jaw and slowly inhale through the nose. Relax and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Fifth exercise: inhale through your nose, curl your lips and exhale sharply, you need to repeat the exercise four times.
Sixth exercise: fix the right half of the neck with your left hand, take a deep breath, while with your right hand you need to hold the corners of your mouth in a state of motionless. Relax completely and exhale slowly without rushing.
The seventh exercise: with the fingers of both handles, firmly press the eyebrows to the frontal bone, try to raise the eyebrows up, but at the same time hold them with your fingers – this is the simplest exercise for the muscles of the forehead.
Eighth exercise: put three fingers on your eyes in a special way – one finger should slightly press on the front corner of the eye, the other finger lay on the eyebrow, and the third on the inner corner of the eye. Try to squint while resisting with your fingers. The exercise must be repeated four times.
Ninth exercise: to strengthen the upper muscles of the neck, chin and jaw. Tilt your head back with a moderately sharp movement, relaxing as much as possible, and slightly pushing your lower jaw forward, your mouth must be slightly ajar. The exercise must be repeated until the sensation of pain appears in the muscles of the neck.
You can complete the gymnastics by repeating the first exercise, it must be performed slowly. Increase the number of exercises each time.
