Trust exists in relationships at different stages. Each person personally must have trust in himself, trust in other people and trust in life itself.
When you trust yourself, everything in yourself suits you, you feel confident. When you trust others, you are satisfied with relationships with those people. When you trust life, it seems to you that some kind of force is guiding you through life in the right direction.
Almost all couples start their relationship with the feeling that they trust each other. But partners can understand the meaning of this word differently. People who have different understandings of what trust is in a relationship may be disappointed when they realize that their partner is not who they thought they were. This trust can be called naive, because a person sees only what he wants to see in his partner, and not what is actually there.
There is a strong relationship between trust and intimacy. To a certain extent, they cannot exist separately. Trust always requires honesty from partners. True trust comes, first of all, from trusting yourself and from understanding that you have enough willpower to change the course of your life.
